    Bodum's French press system is the simplest way to brew delicious coffee in the comfort of your own home. It delivers a rich and full-bodied cup of coffee with an environmentally friendly method, which doesn’t require anything else than ground coffee and water.

     

    • Carafe is made of non-stain, heat-resistant borosilicate glass.
    • Won’t alter or impair the coffee’s natural flavor.
    • Stainless steel plunger and filter prevent ground beans escaping when pouring.

  • Use & Care

    Use:

    • Place the KENYA on a flat surface, hold the handle firmly, and pull the plunger up and out of the carafe.
    • Add one rounded teaspoon or one Bodum scoop of coarsely ground coffee for each cup/4oz water.
    • Pour hot water into the carafe (about 92-96ºC) leaving a minimum of 2.5cm/1inch at the top, and stir with a plastic or wooden spoon.
    • Place the plunger unit on top of the pot and turn the lid so the pour spout is closed to retain the heat.
    • Leave four minutes to brew, then slowly lower the plunger. Turn the lid to open the pour spout and pour your delicious cup of joe.

    Care:
    • Wash in warm, soapy water before first use and dry thoroughly.
    • All parts are dishwasher-safe.

    Return Policy:

    We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

    This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:

    • Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
    • Product was damaged when received (broken item).
    • Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
    • Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).

    Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

    • The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
    • If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
    • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.


    Refund Policy:

    For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
