Use & Care
Use:
- Old coffee remaining in the unit may lead to oxidation. This affects the result of the preparation. An unpleasant and unpalatable taste may develop.
- The unit should always be in a well-kept condition to ensure a perfect cup of espresso at all times.
Care:
- Depending on use, clean the unit at least once a week.
- Before cleaning, remove the power plug.
- Use a soft and moist cloth to clean the outer surfaces of the unit.
- Use a mild detergent in case of heavy soiling.
- Remove the coffee bean container; hold the grinding ring; press the bean container down and turn counter-clockwise.
- Make sure that the run-through of the coffee beans is closed on the coffee bean container.
- Place the unused beans in an airtight container to keep the flavor.
- Clean the coffee bean container and the coffee grounds container in warm water using a little washing-up liquid.
- Dry the containers well after cleaning.

Return Policy:

We offer returns within 30-days of receipt of the shipment. This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions
- Product is defective (malfunctioning or doesn't work properly at first run).
- Product was damaged when received (broken item).
- Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
- Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).
Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
- If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.
Refund Policy:

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
