Use Directions:
- Not to be used in the microwave or on direct heat.
Care Tips:
- Not dishwasher-safe.
- Do not leave wooden parts to soak in water. Doing so may cause wooden parts to absorb excess water and then dry, leading to deformation or cracking.
- After washing, please wipe with a dry cloth immediately.
- Do not use thinners, cleansers, metal scrubbing brushes, or chemical cloths.
- Please be sure to install the lid sealant after care.
- To clean the exterior of the body, soak a soft cloth in hot water with dish detergent, wring it out firmly and wipe off any stains, then dry with a dry, soft cloth.
- To clean the lid, remove the seal, wash the lid with a soft sponge soaked in hot water with dish detergent, and then rinse thoroughly in clean water.
- To clean the interior of the body, wash with a long-handled sponge brush soaked in hot water with dish detergent and dry thoroughly.

Return Policy:

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:
- Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
- Product was damaged when received (broken item).
- Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
- Wrong product (you received a different product from what you ordered).
Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
- If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.
Refund Policy:

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank."
