    The coarse slot includes preset diamond rods set at a 35 degree combined angle to quickly sharpen European/American style straight edge knives.

    Fine Slot

    The fine slot’s triangular shaped ceramic stones sharpen at 37 degrees combined and are perfect for finishing the edge of the knife and for every day honing. These triangular shaped ceramic stones are ideal for sharpening serrated knives.
