The sturdy material is sharper and precise for all your cutting tasks. The set consists of two types of knives:

The Utility Knife has a secure grip for mincing shallots, garlic, herbs, onions, etc. The bevelled doubled-sided, cutting edge will provide you with thinly cut slices as exceptional as you’d prefer, becoming a favourite knife in the kitchen. An ideal knife to have at home for daily use thanks to it's ultra-lightweight and ergonomic handle, favoured by most professional chefs for an enjoyable cooking experience and lock in a lifetime of ultimate cutting pleasure.

The Chef's Santoku Knife meant for creating thin slices of foods, which improves the overall aesthetics of completed dishes. The hollow-ground on the knife can easily be used for chopping and slicing fresh vegetables, small cuts of meat and delicate slices of fish.
