This new sauce container is made with organic materials, and a lower percentage of plastic. The main material is a combination of wood fibre and polypropylene - one of the most widely used plastics, which is 100% recyclable and perfect for contact with food.

The wood fibre comes from the waste generated by logging activities in the manufacture of consumer goods. The wood waste is shredded, filtered, and sterilized, then blended with propylene to create this new material.

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:

- Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
- Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).
Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
- If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.
Refund Policy:

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card.
