    Depending on your cooking needs, you can select a Casserole that’s best suited to your home:

    20 (cm) - This Casserole is best suited to smaller kitchens. It’s perfect for making one-pot meals for two and side preparations for larger households.
    24 (cm) - The versatility of this Casserole makes it a must-have for every kitchen. It serves about four to six people and is great for making all types of comfort food, be it a stew, soup or even a cake."

  • Use & Care

    Use Directions:

    • Ideal for use on any cooktop, including induction.
    • Oven-safe to 260°C.
    • Do not slide braiser on the stovetop.
    • Use wood, plastic, or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching the enamel surface.
    • Enamel can chip or crack if dropped or banged on a hard surface.

    Care Tips:
    • Allow cooling before washing.
    • Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents, or abrasive cleansers.
    • Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with a nylon scrubbing pad or sponge.
    • Never store the pot while it is still damp. Store it in a dry cupboard or airy space away from steam.
    • Dishwasher-safe, however we recommend hand-wash.

    Return Policy:

    We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

    This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:

    • Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
    • Product was damaged when received (broken item).
    • Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
    • Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).

    Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

    • The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
    • If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
    • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.


    Refund Policy:

    For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.

    • Le Creuset enameled cast iron is extremely durable but it may be damaged if accidentally dropped or knocked against a hard surface. Please note that this is not covered by the warranty.
