  • The cooking surface comprises a non-stick coating with a honeycomb structure
  • Suitable for cooker, oven and induction


  • Rinse the pan with hot water and let it dry before using it for the first time
  • Always use oil or frying grease every time you fry something. Never heat up the pan without fats
  • Always fry over low to medium heat and avoid the use of extremely high heat. Overheating may cause damage to the pan


  • It is recommended that you wash the pan by hand
  • After use, clean the pan as soon as possible using water, a soft sponge and washing-up liquid
  • Never use steel wool or abrasives containing sand to clean the pan
  • To get rid of food residue, add water to the pan and heat it at a low temperature. This will enable the residue to come off easily
  • Calciferous water and certain food can produce calcium stains or blue iridescent discolourations inside the pan. Such stains can be removed by cleaning the pan with a vinegar solution
  • In order to remove obstinate stains, use the WMF Puragan cleaner (this product is sold separately) 
  • Store the pan only when it is completely dry
