How to Use the Lekue Egg Poacher

• Open the lid, place a glass under the egg poacher and break the egg. This will help you get rid of any excess water or egg whites. 
• Let water simmer to about 90°C to 95°C (195°F to 200°F), without allowing it to reach its boiling point. 
• Place the egg poacher inside the simmering water pot and cook for 3 minutes.
