The made in Denmark chef's pan serves the same function as a sauté pan. It is wide mouth, and flat base makes it easy to stir food, add stock or even slowly simmer recipes. The only difference is that the chef's pan has two short handles, making it suitable as a serving pan; Stove to table option.
