    Delivery takes 5 to 7 working days within UAE.

    Free Delivery for all orders over AED 200 and AED 18 delivery fee for orders below AED 200.
  3. Do you ship internationally?
    No, we currently deliver only to UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar.

    Same day delivery is not available at the moment.
  9. How can I enroll in your rewards program?
    When you create an account in tavolashop.com, you will be automaticaly linked to your existing Tavola rewards account or a new one will be created. You can view your point balance under Rewards in my account.
  10. How to earn and check Tavola Rewards points online?
    You earn 1 point for every dirham you spend. Make sure that your Tavola Rewards account is linked to your online account in order to view your accumulated Tavola Rewards points. If they are not linked, please email us on [email protected] with your Name, Contact number, email address and Tavola Rewards Card Number so that we can link your Tavola Rewards Membership to your online account.

    Any damaged item should not be thrown away. Kindly take a photo as a proof of the damage and email it to us at [email protected]

  16. My order got delivered but it did not match the description on the website.
    Please take a picture of the item received and provide the item code and description of that item you saw online, then send them by email to [email protected]
