    3. Hand-wash or use a dry kitchen cloth.
    4. Can be sterilized with bleach.
    5. Dishwasher safe (temperature up to 110 Degrees Celsius)

    Return Policy:

    We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

    This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:

    • Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
    • Product was damaged when received (broken item).
    • Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
    • Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).

    Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

    • The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
    • If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
    • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.


    Refund Policy:

    For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
