Briel was founded in 1978 in Braga, Portugal. The company produces espresso machines designed for home and semi-professional use. Briel machines are built with stainless steel boilers that support stable brewing temperatures. Some models include the patented CREMAKER filter system that helps produce crema when brewing espresso. Many machines are designed so that components can be repaired instead of replaced, which not only extends the lifespan of the machines but also promotes sustainability by reducing waste.
