Ooni was founded in 2012 in Scotland by Kristian Tapaninaho and Darina Garland. The brand develops outdoor pizza ovens designed to reach very high cooking temperatures. These ovens allow pizza to cook quickly and create textures similar to traditional wood-fired pizza. Ooni ovens are designed for outdoor cooking and home entertaining. The company also produces pizza preparation tools and accessories.
