  • Use & Care

    Use Directions:

    • We recommend cleaning the pot before using it for the first time.
    • Make 2-3 pots of coffee to season the pot.
    • Never use the pot without water.
    • Use only finely ground coffee.
    • Never use other contents besides coffee, like teas, cacao powder, or instant coffee, as they will clog the filter plate.
    • Suitable for use on gas, electric, and glass ceramic hobs.
    • Suitable for induction hobs only if used with the Bialetti induction plate.

     

    How to prepare coffee:

    • Fill the boiler up to the safety valve with water.
    • Insert the funnel tank and add the ground coffee for moka without pressing.
    • Close the moka pot and place it on the hob. 
    • Wait for coffee to gurgle as it rises to the collector (upper chamber), turn off the gas, and finally, enjoy your delicious coffee!

     

    Care Tips:

    • Should be rinsed simply with water after use. 
    • Do not use detergents. 
    • The product should not be washed in the dishwasher, as this could cause damage to the product and affect the taste of the coffee.
    • Let completely dry before storage.

  • Shipping & Returns

    Return Policy:

    We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

     

    This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:

    • Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
    • Product was damaged when received (broken item).
    • Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
    • Wrong product (you received a different product from what you ordered).

     

    Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

    • The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
    • If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
    • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.

     

    Refund Policy:

    For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.

    Warranty Details:

    • The Bialetti Moka Pot comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
    • To avail of the warranty, kindly keep the receipt as proof of purchase.
    • The warranty does not cover:
      - Replacement parts (plate, funnel, gasket, handle) unless defective due to manufacturing.
      - Damage or malfunction resulting from improper use or not following the instructions included with the product.
      - Issues caused by using non-compatible spare parts.
      - Damage from accidental drops, misuse, neglect, alterations, fire, or theft.
      - Limescale buildup due to lack of regular cleaning.
      - Discoloration or changes in appearance from use, heat, or cleaning products.
