Use & Care
Use Directions:
- Do not place any cutlery or foil with the boxes in the microwave, as these will cause sparking.
- Ensure you only heat one box at a time for a max of 2 minutes before stirring to repeat. It will take slightly longer to heat your food in these boxes than regular plastic or glass, however as the lid can stay on (with lid lock open), they are faster than other steel boxes to heat.
- If you microwave for longer than 2 minutes it could cause the polypropylene lid to warp, which will then affect the leak proof performance.
- Avoid cooking food that gets hot to extreme temperatures like popcorn or sugar, these can cause burn marks on the stainless steel and plastic lid.
- Oven-safe without the lid.
- Freezer-safe.
- The box will be hot when you remove it from the microwave so you might want to use oven gloves or a tea towel to protect your hands.
Care Tips:
- Wash all parts with warm soapy water before you use them for the first time.
- Dishwasher-safe.

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:
- Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
- Product was damaged when received (broken item).
- Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
- Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).
Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
- If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.
Refund Policy:

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
