  • Use & Care

    Use Directions:

    • Prepare ingredients. Note: If using your recipe, ensure the bases do not extend beyond the horizontal rib of the mixing paddle. 
    • Place the mixing bowl into the base. Ensure the mixing bowl is properly aligned in its base. The mixing bowl handle should line up with the gaps in the rim of the compressor base. 
    • Place the mixing paddle onto the stainless steel shaft in the center of the mixing bowl. 
    • Pour ingredients into the mixing bowl. 
    • Position the mixing bowl lid by lining up the arrow on the lid with the unlock icon on the base. Turn counterclockwise to lock the lid. The mix-in ingredient funnel should be centered in the front. 
    • Press the Power button to turn the unit on. The LED display will illuminate. 
    • Select the desired preset from the screen by using the program selection button. a. Ice cream b. Sorbet c. Gelato d. Frozen yogurt 
    • If you want to adjust the preset time, press the up/down arrows. 
    • If you want to adjust the firmness of frozen treats, press the snow buttons. Note: Firmness cannot be adjusted once the program begins. 
    • Once ready, press the Start/Stop button to begin the cooling/mixing cycle. a. Mix-in ingredients, such as chips and nuts, can be added towards the end of mixing time. Once the frozen treats have begun to thicken (usually 5 minutes from end time), add the ingredients through the mix-in ingredient funnel. Mix-ins should be no larger than chocolate chips. b. Note: To turn the unit off at any time, press the Power button. 
    • The timer will count down to “00:00,” and the unit will beep to indicate the frozen treat is ready. 
    • When the cycle is over, the unit will go to the automatic Keep Cool feature for 90 minutes.
    • Do not store frozen desserts in the mixing bowl in the freezer for more than 30 minutes at a time.
    • Transfer frozen treats to a freezer-safe, airtight container for longer storage in the freezer.

     

    Care Tips:

    • Clean the mixing bowl, mixing paddle, and lid in warm soapy water. 
    • Mixing paddle and lid are top-shelf dishwasher safe. 
    • Do not put the mixing bowl in the dishwasher.
    • Do not clean with abrasive cleaners.
    • Dry all parts thoroughly. 
    • Be sure to store your unit in an upright position.

  • Shipping & Returns

    Return Policy:

    We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

     

    This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:

    • Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
    • Product was damaged when received (broken item).
    • Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
    • Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).

     

    Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

    • The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
    • If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
    • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.


    Refund Policy:

    For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
