Emile Henry Mixing Bowl, 2.5L

Made in France, the Emile Henry Mixing Bowl offers versatility for various kitchen tasks such as mixing, whisking, and more. Its optimal weight ensures stability during mixing with a spoon, while the slant at the base simplifies whisking. Additionally, the bowl's design allows for effortless one-handed lifting or tilting, even when fully loaded.

• Ceramic is also healthy, durable, and resistant enough for use with an electric whisk.
• Horizontal handle allows small hands to have a strong grip and hold the bowl firmly and safely while mixing.
• A wide spout to channel the mixture neatly, thick or thin.
• Great to diffuse heat gently and evenly, ideal for the "bain-marie" technique.
• Safe for the microwave to warm up or melt ingredients quickly.

Use Directions:

• Freezer, microwave, and oven-safe.
• Withstands temperatures between –20ºC to +270ºC.
• Do not use on cooktops or open flame.
• Do not let it touch cold surfaces when it’s hot. Place it on a neutral surface such as a wooden board or cloth.
