Kyocera Adjustable Ceramic Mandoline Slicer

The Kyocera Adjustable Mandoline Slicer is a top-of-the-line kitchen tool made in Japan. Its advanced ceramic blade is incredibly sharp and can be adjusted to four different thicknesses with just a simple turn of the dial. This means that you can achieve perfectly even slices every time, no matter what you're slicing or grating. Plus, the built-in corner notches make it easy to slice over bowls, plates, or containers without any slipping or sliding.

• Ceramic blade is made from Kyocera's proprietary zirconia material produced in Japan.
• Lightweight and easy to clean, the blade will not brown food, is rust-proof, resistant to acids, and will maintain its edge for longer.
• The handguard holds the fruit or vegetable in place and protects the fingers.
• Provides 4 different cut thicknesses from paper-thin to thick: 0.5mm, 1.3 mm, 2.0 mm, and 3.0 mm.
