Le Creuset Stoneware Heritage Rectangular Dish Thyme, 26cm

The Le Creuset heritage stoneware dish is a versatile kitchen essential. Its rectangular shape accommodates various ingredients, making it ideal for everyday roasting, baking, marinating, and serving. The easy-grip scalloped handles ensure safe and effortless handling, while the deep side walls provide ample cooking space.

• Made from specialist clays, the stoneware maintains an even temperature and is exceptionally strong and durable.
• Glazed stoneware is scratch-resistant and easy to clean.
• Use it for hot or cold; stoneware is thermo-resistant from -23°C to +260°C; therefore, it's microwave, oven, grill, and freezer safe.
• Does not absorb odors or flavors.
• Dishwasher-safe.

Use Directions:

• Not for stovetop use or any other direct heat source.
• Grill, microwave, oven, and freezer-safe (temperature range between -23℃ and 260℃).
• Use wood, plastic, or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching the surface.
• Stay protected—always use oven gloves when handling anything hot.
• When using under the grill, always allow at least a 6.5 cm gap between the heat source and the top of your product.
• Don't put a frozen dish of food in a preheated oven. Instead, place it in a cold oven, set the temperature, and allow the two to heat up together. Ensure that the food is thoroughly heated before serving.
• If you want to heat a dish that's currently at room temperature, don't preheat your oven above 205°C.
• Should you add liquid to a dish while it's in the oven, take the dish out of the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes first.
