Opinel Oyster & Shellfish Knife

Made in France, the Opinel No.09 Oyster Knife is designed to fold and safely stow away, making it easy to carry in your pocket whether you're on a boat or heading to the beach. With a short, robust blade, the unique design centers the knife’s axis to facilitate easy oyster opening.

• Virobloc locking ring for extra safety.
• Blunted blade with a sharp tip, specific to oyster shucking.
• Padouk wood handle is resistant to swelling caused by humid or wet environments.

Care Tips:

• Hand-wash only.
• Immersing your knife in water may warp the wooden handle.
• After each use, carefully clean the blade and handle with hot water.
• Use a sponge or soft brush to remove any traces of dirt or food.
• Be sure to dry the knife thoroughly before storing it.
• Avoid using abrasive products or harsh detergents that could damage the handle and blade.
