Peugeot Appolia Ecru Rectangular Baking Dish, 32cm

Made in France, Peugeot's ceramic baking dish is designed to ensure gentle, even cooking, resulting in perfectly tender and flavorful meals every time. With its intense and enduring color combined with a scratch-resistant enamel finish, this dish is ideally suited for everyday use to prepare healthy recipes for four to five people. It has high thermal shock resistance and can go from freezer to oven to table, where it stays warm for at least 30 minutes.

Use Directions:

• Do not place the ovenware in cold water after removing it from the oven.
• Place frozen food in a cold dish before putting it in the oven.
• Always place the hot ovenware on a trivet.
• Can withstand temperatures from -25°C to 250°C.
• Can pass directly from the freezer to a preheated oven without risk of a thermal shock.
• Not designed for direct contact with an open heat source (gas burner, electric hot plate, or BBQ) or an induction cooktop.

Care Tips:

• Remove all labels and wash the ovenware before using it for the first time.
• Dishawasher-safe.
• To remove stubborn baked-on food, pour hot water and dishwashing liquid into the dish and soak for a few minutes before cleaning with a sponge.
