The SCANPAN Classic Frying Pan features a unique patented ceramic titanium coating called STRATANIUM. It enables fat free frying and makes SCANPAN safe to use with metal utensils. The pans Bakelite® handle is attached using a patented locking system that does not use screws and rivets. This ensures that the handle does not become loose overtime.
