ZWILLING Four Star Vegetable Knife

Made in Germany, the ZWILLING vegetable knife features a sturdy and flexible blade, smooth cutting edge, and stable tip, making cleaning, peeling, and cutting fruit and vegetables quick and easy. This compact all-around knife is made for versatility and to cope with heavy daily demands.

Use Directions:

• Do not use the knife as a screwdriver or a can opener as that can permanently damage the cutting edge.
• For enhanced durability, sharpen the knife on an occasional basis.

Care Tips:

• Though the knife is dishwasher-safe, washing it by hand is recommended.
• Do not soak the knife in water.
• After use, place the knife under running water and clean it with a soft cloth. If necessary, use a little washing-up liquid. Dry it immediately from the back towards the cutting edge.
• Scrub the blade with a non-abrasive cleaner to get rid of stains.
