ZWILLING Twin Pollux Chef's Knife-16 cm

ZWILLING Twin Pollux Chef's Knife lets you finely chop everything that comes under the cutting edge so that you can not only cut fish, meat, or poultry but also easily chop all kinds of vegetables.

• Corrosion-resistant blade made of a single piece of special formula steel.
• Refined through an ice-hardening process creating an exceptional sharpness.
• Ergonomic handle for fatigue-free and safe working.
• Easy to handle with low weight and good balance.

• Do not use the knife as a screwdriver or a can opener as that can permanently damage its cutting edge.

• Though the knives are dishwasher-safe, it is recommended that you clean them by hand.
• Do not soak the knives in water.
• After use, immediately place the knife under running water and clean it with a soft cloth. If necessary, use a little washing-up liquid. Dry it immediately from the back towards the cutting edge.
• Scrub the blade with a non-abrasive cleaner to get rid of stains.
• For enhanced durability, sharpen the knife on an occasional basis.
