Functional and practical, the compact chef's knife from the ZWILLING TWIN Pollux series stands out for its optimal balance. This attribute lets you swiftly and accurately cut through anything placed under its blade. Whether it's for preparing a quick snack of cheese and sausage, peeling vegetables, or chopping up vegetables, meat, fish, and poultry, this knife handles it all with finesse. With its 13 cm blade, even herbs and spices can be finely chopped with professional ease. Additionally, this handy all-rounder boasts a comfortable grip, making your culinary tasks notably enjoyable, effortless, and safe.

• Do not use the knife as a screwdriver or a can opener as that can permanently damage its cutting edge.

• Though the knives are dishwasher-safe, it is recommended that you clean them by hand.
• Do not soak the knives in water.
• After use, immediately place the knife under running water and clean it with a soft cloth. If necessary, use a little washing-up liquid. Dry it immediately from the back towards the cutting edge.
• Scrub the blade with a non-abrasive cleaner to get rid of stains.
• For enhanced durability, sharpen the knife on an occasional basis.
