We currently deliver all products across the UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia within city limits through our partner courier company.
All orders are dispatched from Monday through Saturday and can be expected to be received within 1-2 days in the UAE and 3-5 days in all other countries.
Are There Any Delivery Charges?
We offer free shipping within the UAE and GCC countries for orders over a certain amount. Otherwise, there is a flat rate per order within GCC countries, making it extremely easy and convenient to calculate the shipping charges.
Shipping Within UAE
Shipping within the UAE is free for orders over AED 100, regardless of weight.
Shipping to Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait & Qatar
Shipping to Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar is free for orders over a certain amount spent, as indicated on the website or at order checkout. Otherwise, there is a flat rate per order, regardless of weight, across Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar. You will not be charged any additional shipping charges even if the weight of your package increases.
Shipping to Saudi Arabia
Shipping within KSA is free for orders over SAR 300, regardless of weight.
Updating Delivery Details After Placing an Order
Drop us a line at customercare@tavolashop.com, and we will see what we can do. If your order has already been dispatched, we will unfortunately not be able to change any delivery details. However, a change of address could delay the delivery.
Tracking Your Order
We will send you an email with a consignment tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. You can then track your order and check the status by entering the tracking number into the order tracker on our site.
