Astra Series E Covered Dish with Handles

Made in Greece, the Astra Series E Covered Dish is designed for oven roasting and keeping your food warm on the table until you're ready to serve it. Its secure lid traps heat and moisture for optimal results, while the integrated side handles provide safe and effortless transfer from oven to table, making it an ideal serving solution.

• Made from high-quality stainless steel for durability.
• Even heat distribution for consistent results.
• Dishwasher-safe.

Use Directions:

• Set your oven to the temperature specified in your recipe.
• Evenly place your food in the dish to ensure uniform roasting.
• Place the roaster in the preheated oven and roast until your food is cooked to your liking.
• Using oven mitts, carefully grip the side handles and take the dish out of the oven.
• Immediately secure the lid onto the dish to lock in heat and moisture, keeping the food warm until serving.

Care Tips:

• The roaster is safe for dishwasher cleaning and handwashing.
• Clean using a mild detergent and a soft cloth, gently moving in the direction of the stainless steel grain finish.
• Rinse thoroughly to remove any soap residue, then dry immediately to prevent water spots or stains.
• Avoid using abrasive scrubbers or rough materials, as they can damage the stainless steel surface and dull its shine.
