Ballarini Murano Wok

Made in Italy, Ballarini Murano wok features a 5-ply Granitium extreme non-stick coating reinforced with durable mineral particles. The premium-quality finish is long-lasting and resistant to scratches making it suitable for daily and intensive use.

Use Directions:

• Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
• The coating is extremely hard-wearing and scratch resistant. Safe to use with metal utensils, however, wooden spoons or heat-resistant silicone utensils are recommended.

Care Tips:

• Dishwasher-safe, however, hand-washing is recommended.
• To remove stubborn baked-on food residue or grease stains on the interior, soak in water and dish soap (all night if necessary). Then clean with a soft sponge and soap. Do not use steel wool or abrasive cleaners on the interior, as this can damage the nonstick coating.
• If any acidic food or fat causes discoloration to the nonstick coating, soak in water and baking soda for a few minutes and then scrub lightly with a soft sponge.
