Global Butcher Knife

The Global Butcher Knife, crafted in Japan, is a specialist knife designed for butchering raw meat. Its razor-sharp, curved blade easily slices through joints in carcasses, seamlessly separating meat from bones and ligaments. The unique shape of the knife, with its right-angled curve, allows for expert slicing across meat, ensuring precise and efficient cuts every time.

• Made from Cromova 18 Stainless Steel which gives excellent edge retention.
• Has a bolster that provides control and safety when using the knife.
• The hollow handle is filled with sand to create the correct balance.
• The darkened dimples on the handle ensure a non-slip grip.
• Smooth contour and seamless construction eliminate food and dirt traps.

Use Directions:

• Do not use the knives as a screwdriver or a can opener as that can permanently damage the cutting edge.
• For enhanced durability, sharpen the knives on an occasional basis.

Care Tips:

• Hand-wash only.
• Do not soak the knives in water.
• After use, immediately place the knives under running water and clean them with a soft cloth. If necessary, use a little washing-up liquid. Dry them immediately from the back towards the cutting edge.
