Global Carving Knife, 22 cm

The Global Carving Knife, crafted in Japan, boasts a long razor-sharp blade that can effortlessly cut through the thickest cuts of meat. Additionally, its narrow blade is ideal for filleting or slicing fish and preparing sashimi.

• Made from Cromova 18 stainless steel with long-lasting sharpness, rust, stain, and corrosion resistance.
• Fully forged blade for added strength.
• Long curved ergonomic handle provides a comfortable grip.
• Hammered finish allows the blade to glide through food without sticking.
• Bolster for extra protection and a smooth, efficient cutting motion.

Use Directions:

• Do not use the knives as a screwdriver or a can opener as that can permanently damage the cutting edge.
• For enhanced durability, sharpen the knives on an occasional basis.

Care Tips:

• Hand-wash only.
• Do not soak the knives in water.
• After use, immediately place the knives under running water and clean them with a soft cloth. If necessary, use a little washing-up liquid. Dry them immediately from the back towards the cutting edge.
• Scrub the blade with a non-abrasive cleaner to get rid of stains.
