Küchenprofi Chicken Roasting Rack

The Küchenprofi Chicken Roasting Rack ensures even cooking for your chicken, resulting in a crispy exterior and juicy interior. It allows for greaseless roasting, making it perfect for oven or grill use and achieving a crisp all-over finish.

• Has an extra deep bowl that safely collects the fat dripping off.
• Just fill the container with liquids and add your choice's marinade, herbs, and spices.
• Dishwasher-safe.

Use Directions:

• Roast at about 180°C or until the core temperature of the chicken has reached 80-85°C.
• Tip: seal the neck so that the liquid does not evaporate, but rather gives off its taste to the meat.
