Use & Care
Use Directions:
- Not for stovetop use or any other direct heat source.
- Freezer, microwave, oven, and broiler-safe.
- Oven-safe up to 260°C. Use oven mitts for lifting at all times.
- When using under a broiler, allow a gap of no less than 6.5cm between the rim of the cocotte and the heat source.
- Use wood, plastic, or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching the enamel surface.
- Do not place a frozen dish in a preheated oven. Place the frozen dish in a cold oven and set the temperature, allowing the dish and oven to heat together.
Care Tips:
- Allow cooling before washing.
- Dishwasher-safe, however, hand-washing is recommended.
- Avoid using steel wool, scouring pads, harsh detergents, or abrasive cleansers.
- Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with a nylon scrubbing pad or sponge.
