• An essential kitchen classic, Le Creuset’s French-made enameled cast iron Casserole is extremely versatile. With excellent heat distribution and retention properties, it’s perfect for slow cooking, baking and high-temperature searing. The Casserole’s tight-fitting lid locks in moisture wonderfully, allowing food to baste in its own juices.

• Cast individually in a sand mould and hand inspected by French artisans, this enameled cast iron Casserole is sturdy inside out. Its colourful exterior enamel resists chipping and cracking, while the interior enamel has been engineered to withstand staining and dulling.

• Cast iron is excellent at spreading heat evenly and retaining it across the vessel. It’s perfect to use in an oven or on a stovetop. Everything you stir-fry, simmer, sear, braise, roast or bake in the Casserole tastes beyond delectable.

• The Casserole’s light, sand-colored interior enamel makes it easy to monitor food while it’s cooking. Its enhanced lid retains moisture, creating succulent dishes. With easy-grip, ergonomic handles that are 45% larger than previous models, the Casserole is convenient to lift and move around. Its stainless knob is heat resistant and provides a secure grip while handling the lid.

• Ideal for use on any cooktop, including induction.
