  • Use & Care

    Use Directions:

    • Not for stovetop use or any other direct heat source.
    • Grill, microwave, oven, and freezer-safe (temperature range between -23℃ and 260℃).
    • Use wood, plastic, or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching the surface.
    • Stay protected—always use oven gloves when handling anything hot.
    • When using under the grill, always allow at least a 6.5 cm gap between the heat source and the top of your product.
    • Don't put a frozen dish of food in a preheated oven. Instead, place it in a cold oven, set the temperature, and allow the two to heat up together. Ensure that the food is thoroughly heated before serving. 
    • If you want to heat a dish that's currently at room temperature, don't preheat your oven above 205°C. 
    • Should you add liquid to a dish while it's in the oven, take the dish out of the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes first.

     

    Care Tips:

    • Wait for your product to cool down before you start cleaning it.
    • Wipe any leftovers off the base and sides of the product. 
    • If there’s food stuck on, fill the product with warm, soapy water and let it soak for 15 to 20 minutes before washing as usual.
    • Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with a nylon scrubbing pad or sponge.
    • Avoid using steel wool, scouring pads, harsh detergents, or abrasive cleansers.
    • Wash and dry by hand. Or pop your stoneware in the dishwasher for a full cycle.

    Return Policy:

    We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

     

    This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:

    • Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
    • Product was damaged when received (broken item).
    • Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
    • Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).

     

    Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

    • The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
    • If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
    • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.


    Refund Policy:

    For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
