Le Creuset Stoneware Heritage Rectangular Dish Nuit, 19cm

The Le Creuset Heritage Rectangular Dish is a compact, versatile piece designed for everyday cooking and serving. Its size is perfect for small bakes, gratins, side dishes, and desserts. The classic scalloped handles offer a comfortable grip, while the deep interior ensures food is cooked evenly and presented beautifully.

Use Directions:

• Not for stovetop use or any other direct heat source.
• Grill, microwave, oven, and freezer-safe (temperature range between -23℃ and 260℃).
• Use wood, plastic, or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching the surface.
• Stay protected—always use oven gloves when handling anything hot.
• When using under the grill, always allow at least a 6.5 cm gap between the heat source and the top of your product.
• Don't put a frozen dish of food in a preheated oven. Instead, place it in a cold oven, set the temperature, and allow the two to heat up together. Ensure that the food is thoroughly heated before serving.
• If you want to heat a dish that's currently at room temperature, don't preheat your oven above 205°C.
• Should you add liquid to a dish while it's in the oven, take the dish out of the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes first.

Care Tips:

• Wait for your product to cool down before you start cleaning it.
• Wipe any leftovers off the base and sides of the product.
• If there’s food stuck on, fill the product with warm, soapy water and let it soak for 15 to 20 minutes before washing as usual.
• Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with a nylon scrubbing pad or sponge.
• Avoid using steel wool, scouring pads, harsh detergents, or abrasive cleansers.
• Wash and dry by hand. Or pop your stoneware in the dishwasher for a full cycle.
