  • Use & Care

    Care Tips:

    • Brush off dried flour or dough: After use, gently brush the mesh and wooden surfaces with a dry pastry brush or a soft cloth to remove excess flour and any small bits of dough.
    • Avoid soaking in water: Because the tray is made of wood and mesh, do not submerge it in water or put it in the dishwasher—this can warp the wood or loosen the mesh.
    • Light wipe with a damp cloth: If you need to remove sticky spots or tiny bits of dough, use a slightly damp cloth and wipe the affected area. Make sure the cloth isn’t too wet.
    • Air-dry completely: After wiping, let the tray dry completely in a well-ventilated space before storing so that moisture doesn’t damage the wood.
    • Occasional deeper clean: If it needs a deeper clean after repeated use, you can very lightly wipe the mesh with a mixture of mild dish soap and water on a damp cloth, then wipe again with a clean damp cloth to remove any soap. Always dry thoroughly afterward.

    Return Policy:

    We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

     

    This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:

    • Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
    • Product was damaged when received (broken item).
    • Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
    • Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).

     

    Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

    • The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
    • If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
    • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.


    Refund Policy:

    For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
