Miyabi Hinoki Cutting Board

Made in Japan, the Miyabi Hinoki Cutting Board is an ideal tool for all your kitchen cutting and preparation needs, thanks to its generously proportioned surface area. It offers optimal protection for the delicate edge of your knife, ensuring superior performance and extended longevity of your blades.

• Crafted from Hinoki wood, very light, resilient, and extremely durable.
• Highly water-resistant.
• Hinoki wood has natural antibacterial properties.
• The board has a drainage channel on one side to collect any fluids.

Use Directions:

• A minimum of once a month (depending upon the use and household conditions), apply an even coat of oil to all surfaces of your wood cutting board using a cloth or disposable towel. Allow the oil to fully penetrate through the wood fibers overnight, then wipe off any excess oil.

Care Tips:

• Keep your cutting board sanitized by simply washing it with hot soapy water after each use and drying it with a clean paper towel or letting it air dry.
• Lemon or lime juice with a little salt will go a long way to reducing odor.
• Store it flat in a dry area away from extreme hot or cold temperatures.
