Its green exterior, decorative ridges, and braided handles make it an attractive addition to your kitchen, while the raised detailing adds definition to baked goods and catches glazes and drizzles.

• Durable cast aluminum provides excellent heat retention and even heat distribution, reducing hot spots and supporting consistent browning.
• Double-layer ceramic nonstick interior, made without PFAS, promotes easy release and simplifies cleanup.
• Integrated handles provide a convenient grip when moving the pan.
• Holds approximately 1.4 L (6 cups) and is oven-safe up to 218°C.
• Made in the USA and backed by a 10-year warranty.

Use Directions:

• Ceramic nonstick performs best with a light coating of butter or cooking oil. Food will brown and crisp and clean up becomes simpler.
• Oven-safe up to 218°C.

Care Tips:

• Hand wash with warm soapy water and a soft cloth or brush that is safe for nonstick coating.
• Abrasive pads and cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces as they will diminish the nonstick release.
• Extended soaking is not recommended or necessary; for stubborn baked-on food, soak in hot soapy water for 15 minutes, then rinse.
