Use Directions:
- Preheat the griddle over medium heat and brush with unsalted vegetable shortening or oil before each use.
- Pour 2 Tbsp batter into each cavity and cook until the center bubbles and the edges become golden brown.
- Flip each pancake with a non-metal utensil, and continue cooking until a toothpick inserted in the center of the pancakes comes out clean. We recommend wooden skewers, chopsticks, a small silicone spatula, or a plastic fork for flipping.
Care Tips:
- Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand-wash with warm, soapy water.

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:
- Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
- Product was damaged when received (broken item).
- Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
- Wrong product (you received a different product from what you ordered).
Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
- If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.
Refund Policy:

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
