Use Directions:

• The infrared thermometer does not take the temperature at the core of food or preparations like a probe thermometer does but simply on the surface and from a distance. 
• For proper use of the infrared thermometer and accurate results, it is important to consider the ambient temperature before use. If it differs significantly from the temperature of the product being tested, the infrared thermometer must be allowed to adjust before use.
• Furthermore, attention must be paid to the distance between the infrared thermometer and the product to be measured: The further away the infrared thermometer is, the wider the beam and the less accurate the surface temperature reading will be.
• The laser-sighted thermometer is particularly recommended for working with chocolate and classic pastries, for all preparations that form a mass.
• Note: The laser thermometer should not be used with cooked sugar and caramel-type preparations or preparations brought to a boil because the generated steam is not recognized by the laser and the temperature reading will be inaccurate.
• Always make sure to turn off the thermometer completely to optimize battery life and reset it to zero.

• Clean the body with a soft, dry cloth.
• Store in a protective case.
• Keep away from high humidity, extreme temperatures, and dust.

Return Policy:

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:

• Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
• Product was damaged when received (broken item).
• Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
• Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).

Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

• The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
• If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.

Refund Policy:

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
