Staub Stackable Cast Iron Cookware Cherry Red, Set of 3

Made in France from high-quality enameled cast iron, this Staub set ensures a delightful cooking experience with consistent, exceptional results. This set includes three essential cast iron pieces, perfect for everyday family cooking: a frying pan for fish, meat, and veggies, a braiser/sauté pan for stews, and a casserole (Cocotte or Dutch oven) for larger dishes and slow-cooked recipes. When not in use, the items are stackable to fit neatly into any kitchen.

• The textured black matt enameled interior requires no seasoning and forms delicious roasting aromas and a wonderful, concentrated sauce.
• The tight-fitting lid with its aroma rain function lets all moisture drop back on the food for tender meat and juicy vegetables.
• They keep food hot for an extended period.
• Includes rim protectors for convenient storage.
• Oven-safe and suitable for all hobs including induction.

Set Contains:

• 1x Casserole, 24cm, 4L
• 1x Braiser, 24cm, 2.9L
• 1x Frying pan, 24cm, 1.9L
• 1x Lid

Use Directions:

• Before using the cookware for the first time rinse it with hot water and let it dry.
• Brush a little vegetable oil over the inside surfaces, heat it for one minute, and then remove the excess oil with kitchen paper.
• Although cast iron is known to sustain very high temperatures, we recommend you gradually increase the heat from low to medium to high to avoid thermal shocks and damage to the surface of the cast iron.
• Select a stovetop that appropriately corresponds to the base size of your cookware.
• When using induction stovetops and glass-ceramic surfaces, always lift your cookware rather than pushing it, to avoid damage to the cooking surface.
• Use silicone or wooden cooking utensils to avoid scratching the cookware's enamel surface.
• The cookware can be used as ovenware up to 240°C.
• The cookware is not suitable for microwave use.
• Never put a hot cookware on an unprotected surface.
• Suitable for all types of hobs including induction.

Care Tips:

• Allow the cookware to cool before rinsing it with water.
• If food residues have stuck to the cookware, do not use abrasive or corrosive detergents, scouring powder, or steel sponges to remove them. Instead, soak the cookware in warm water and then remove the residues with a wash-up liquid and non-scouring sponge.
• Dry the cookware thoroughly with a clean kitchen towel and only store it away when it is completely dry.
• Though the cookware can be washed in a dishwasher, it is recommended that you clean it by hand for long-lasting and durable use.
