Staub Wood Lid Holder

This practical wooden lid holder from Staub holds the lid of your cocotte or braiser to keep it out of your way when you don't need it and have it quickly at hand when you want to use it again. It also comes in handy when serving or displaying food on a buffet table.

• Protects your worktop and table from scratches.
• Allows drips to fall back into the pot instead of all over your stove or counter.
• Suitable for round casserole (24-26-28cm), oval casserole (29cm and larger) and braiser (28cm).

Use Directions:

• Place the heel of the holder in the handle of the cocotte or braiser, then carefully slot the lid into the space between the 'forks' of the holder. The lid knob will rest securely in the circular recess, holding the lid firmly in place.
• Take extra care if the lid is hot, using a tea towel or oven gloves.
