    With the Fresh & Save system, you can shop once a week and refrigerate or freeze fresh fruit, vegetables, meat, and fish in the vacuum bags and containers. Prepare your meals days in advance and enjoy them as fresh as the day they were cooked. You can also cook meat sous-vide, marinate for the grill in just 30 minutes, and warm or defrost food without refilling.

    You can also easily track your stored food with the free ZWILLING Culinary World app. The bags have an individual ID number with QR code. This means that even identical refrigerated goods can be easily identified using the app. It also calculates how long the vacuum sealed food and meals can be kept. The reminder function informs you in good time when the food needs to be consumed.

    • Containers are freezer-safe, ovenproof up to 180°C (without lid), microwave-safe (without vacuum seal).
    • Bags are freezer-safe, microwave-safe (without vacuum seal).
    • Bags are heat-resistant up to 100°C.
