ZWILLING TWIN Pollux Knife Block, Set of 7

The seven-piece ZWILLING knife block set boasts an elegant bamboo frame, providing both aesthetic appeal and practical utility. Included within this set are a selection of knives from the TWIN Pollux series: a garnishing knife, a utility knife, a carving knife, a chef’s knife, and a bread knife. This assortment is particularly suitable for amateur chefs and novices keen to ensure they have the appropriate knife available for typical kitchen prep tasks. Additionally, the set comes with a sharpening steel featuring a plastic handle, enabling users to maintain the sharpness of their knives effortlessly.

Use Directions:

• Do not use the knives as a screwdriver or a can opener as that can permanently damage the cutting edge.
• For enhanced durability, sharpen the knives on an occasional basis.

Care Tips:

• Though knives are dishwasher-safe, washing them by hand is recommended.
• Do not soak the knives in water.
• After use, immediately place the knives under running water and clean them with a soft cloth. If necessary, use a little washing-up liquid. Dry them immediately from the back towards the cutting edge.
• Scrub the blade with a non-abrasive cleaner to get rid of stains.
