Ballarini Gli Speciali Fryer Set, 28cm

Made in Italy, the Ballarini Gli Speciali Eccofritto Fryer Set offers a safer and more efficient stovetop frying experience with its innovative design. It features a stainless steel mesh basket for easy food placement and removal, minimizing direct contact with hot oil. The included glass lid reduces splattering and accelerates cooking to maintain food moisture. Once the food is fried, the basket conveniently rests on the pot's sturdy handles, allowing excess oil to drain and keeping food warm for serving.

• The pot's interior is protected with reinforced non-stick Keravis coating that's highly resistant to wear and corrosion and is safe for metal utensils.
• Soft-touch Bakelite and silicone handles guarantee a secure and non-slip grip.
• Concentric ring bottom for warp resistance and excellent heat distribution.
• Stainless steel mesh basket with unique handles to lower into and raise over the pot.
• Clear tempered glass lid is shatterproof and protects against oil spatters.
