Ballarini Salina Granitium Grill Pan

The Ballarini Salina Grill Pan is crafted in Italy to enhance performance, longevity, and energy efficiency. Made with an aluminum body and a cool-touch stainless steel handle, this versatile non-stick pan has a Granitium coating for long-lasting use and is perfect for preparing meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, and more. Quickly cook your hearty breakfast or grill your steak and burger on the stove and even transfer them to the oven for faster cooking.

• The coating, with an extra titanium layer, is extremely hard-wearing and scratch-resistant, also free from PFOA, nickel, and heavy metal.
• With a unique base that distributes heat evenly and quickly.
• It has spouts on both sides of the pan to allow fat and oil to be poured off easily.
• The ridged cooking surface creates authentic grill marks.
• Suitable for all stovetops including induction, and can also be used in the oven.

Use Directions:

• Oven safe up to 150°C.
• Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
• The coating, with an extra titanium layer, is extremely hard-wearing and scratch resistant. Safe to use with metal utensils, however, wooden spoons or heat-resistant silicone utensils are recommended.

Care Tips:

• Dishwasher-safe, however, hand-washing is recommended.
• To remove stubborn baked-on food residue or grease stains on the interior, soak the pan in water and dish soap (all night if necessary). Then clean it with a soft sponge and soap. Do not use steel wool or abrasive cleaners on the interior, as this can damage the nonstick coating.
• If any acidic food or fat causes discoloration to the nonstick coating, soak the pan in water and baking soda for a few minutes and then scrub lightly with a soft sponge.
