Bamix M180 DeLuxe Hand Blender, Black

Made in Switzerland, the Bamix M180 DeLuxe hand blender brings professional-grade performance to your home kitchen. With a robust motor, two-speed settings, and a full suite of attachments, this Swiss-made wand blender is designed to elevate everything from soups and sauces to frozen fruit, nut grinding, and cake batter. Whether you're pureeing vegetables directly in a hot pan, whipping cream for a dessert, or blitzing ice for a sorbet, the M180 DeLuxe handles it all with precision and ease.

• Powerful 180 W heavy-duty AC motor built in Switzerland.
• Two-speed operation for controlling texture from smooth to creamy.
• Fully immersible drive shaft: safe to use directly in heated pans, tall beakers, or deep pots.
• Durable stainless-steel blades and drive shaft; long service life.
• Ergonomic handle with soft-grip switches for comfortable, strain-free use.

What’s in the box:

• Multi-purpose blade (for chopping and cooking vegetables, frozen fruit, and raw or cooked ingredients)
• Beater blade (perfect for whipping cream, egg whites, and light batters)
• Whisk/blender blade (excellent for shakes, salad dressings, mashed potatoes)
• Dry-grinder accessory (ideal for nuts, spices, coffee beans, and breadcrumbs)
• Bench/stand for tidy countertop storage

Care Tips:

• After each use, detach the accessory and rinse it under hot running water. Prompt cleaning prevents food residue from lodging in the drive shaft.
• For a deeper clean, hold the immersion shaft in a bowl of warm water with a drop of dish detergent and run the unit for a few seconds. Then rinse thoroughly and dry.
• The motor housing and shaft are not dishwasher-safe. Avoid immersing the motor unit or leaving the cutter guard submerged for long periods (which may cause discoloration or corrosion).
• Periodically (every few months) apply 2-3 drops of food-safe vegetable oil to the drive shaft, then run the device for about 30 seconds. This helps maintain smooth operation.
