Use & Care
Use Directions:
- We recommend cleaning the pot before using it for the first time.
- Make 2-3 pots of coffee to season the pot.
- Never use the pot without water.
- Use only finely ground coffee.
- Never use other contents besides coffee like teas, cacao powder, or instant coffee as they will clog the filter plate.
- Suitable for use on gas, electric, and glass ceramic hobs.
How to make coffee with the Brikka:
1. Fill the lower vessel with water, using the measuring cup supplied (2 cups: 120 ml), insert the funnel filter into the water vessel, and fill it with ground moka coffee, without pressing.
2. Screw the collector to the water vessel and close it tightly without leveraging the handle.
3. Place the coffee pot on the heat source. Use a medium heat setting on the hob.
4. Check promptly after the crema foam has finished forming in the brewing vessel and immediately remove Brikka from the hob. Pour the coffee into cups, distributing coffee and foam evenly.
Care Tips:
- Should be rinsed simply with water after use.
- Do not use detergents.
- The product should not be washed in the dishwasher as this could cause damage to the product and affect the taste of the coffee.
- Let completely dry before storage.

Return Policy:

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:
- Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
- Product was damaged when received (broken item).
- Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
- Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).
Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
- If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.
Refund Policy:

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
