Bialetti Moka Induction Espresso Maker, Red

Made in Italy, Bialetti Moka Induction offers the experience of the true Italian ritual of brewing a rich and aromatic cup of coffee on any induction stovetop in just a few minutes. With its enduring quality and elegant design, this pot will serve you for years.

• Bi-layer boiler technology offers high performance and allows uniform distribution of heat.
• Patented safety valve regulates the right amount of pressure.
• Ergonomic stay-cool handle offers an easy grip.
• Works on all cooktops including induction.

Use Directions:

• We recommend cleaning the pot before using it for the first time.
• Make 2-3 pots of coffee to season the pot.
• Never use the pot without water.
• Use only finely ground coffee.
• Never use other contents besides coffee like teas, cacao powder, or instant coffee as they will clog the filter plate.
• Suitable for use on gas, electric, and glass ceramic hobs.

How to prepare coffee:

1. Fill the boiler up to the safety valve with water.
2. Insert the funnel tank and add the ground coffee for moka without pressing.
3. Close the moka pot and place it on the hob.
4. Wait for coffee to gurgle as it rises to the collector (upper chamber), turn off the gas, and finally, enjoy your delicious coffee!

Care Tips:

• Should be rinsed simply with water after use.
• Do not use detergents.
